Jeff Wilson

With RE/MAX since 2008, Jeff was born and raised in the Highlands and has a great deal of knowledge of the surroundings and what the many lakes have to offer.


Growing up he was surrounded by real estate deals and developments with his father being an Ontario Land Surveyor and a developer. Through working for him on and off throughout the years prior to selling real estate, he has learned many things that go along with selling and purchasing property, which generated his interest in Real Estate as a career.


Through his involvement with hundreds of successful transactions over his career, there are so many scenarios and hurdles Jeff has learned to navigate smoothly for a seamless client experience. Jeff has a thorough understanding of the complexities of the different municipality’s zoning and rezoning regulations, building setbacks, land frontage and acreage requirements.


Still active in land development in Haliburton County, Jeff’s father Paul Wilson is a frequently consulted resource for our as there isn’t a parcel of land in this county that he isn’t familiar with.

Jess Wilson

Jess has been involved with the real estate market since Jeff obtained his license, and became licensed herself 3 years later. Due to a passion for tackling new challenges, she assists the team with operations and implementing new strategies.


In addition to real estate sales, Jess enjoys conducting interviews, writing articles and providing relevant real estate information to clientele living or interested in the Haliburton Highlands Real Estate market. Providing design inspiration, market stats, and updates on relevant listings and sales.

Managing digital audiences of prospects interested in waterfront properties that are targeted (and re-targeted) on social media and Google, Our strategy continues to grow daily as we come up with new ideas for video, ads, and content to appeal to local individuals and those in the GTA who are actively property hunting in the Muskokas, Kawartha Lakes, and Haliburton Highlands. Each listing is marketed individually, promoting its most desirable special characteristics to a relevant pool of buyers.

Jade McCartney

Jade began her real estate career as an administrative assistant for RE/MAX prior to getting her licence in 2021. This allowed her to get a firm grasp on the characteristics of a real estate transaction and a great deal of knowledge on the County of Haliburton.


Jade was raised in Haliburton on Little Straggle Lake where she has learned to appreciate the beauty that cottage country has to offer. After moving to Toronto for 2 years in 2018 to work at an Insurance Brokerage, her passion for the outdoors drew her back to Haliburton where she started her career as a licensed Realtor.


Jade has a very bright and upbeat personality. She loves meeting new people and creating lasting relationships with all her clients. With a customer service background; her compassion, patience, and attention to detail will help make your real estate experience as smooth and transitional as can be!


Jade is passionate about anything outdoors. She enjoys hiking, swimming, running, boating, biking, and has an absolute love for a day spent on the lake enjoying the sun. When Jade is not spending time with her clients, you can find her at her cottage boating with her family/friends, and enjoying the natural beauty of Haliburton County!

Devon Willis

Sales Representative

Devon has called the beautiful Haliburton Highlands home with her family for the past 9+ years and has loved every minute of it.


Devon has enjoyed growing in the real estate business in different roles and evolving through her involvement with hundreds of successful real estate transactions.  This sparked her interest to complete her Real Estate License in 2021.


With a very motivated and driven personality, Devon is always ready for the next challenge and opportunity that presents itself. She assists Haliburton Gold group with all administrative duties while also practicing as a sale representative assisting clients with their real estate transactions. 

Joyce Vaughan

Administration & Client Care

Joyce grew up on Benoir Lake and currently resides on Soyers Lake with her family. Joyce moved away for several years when she completed college.


While away Joyce met her husband Tom who also grew up in Haliburton. They both eventually found their way back to beautiful Haliburton Highlands & started their family.


Joyce has gained great insight about the building industry through her husband’s company Snowdon Contracting.  Joyce is very passionate about Haliburton Highlands and is a big supporter of local businesses and events. Working along-side Devon – Joyce works diligently and excels in

her role within the team.

Hailing from the picturesque town of Haliburton, Joe's passion for his community and dedication to providing exceptional service make him an invaluable addition to the team.


Born and raised in Haliburton, Joe Boice's deep connection with the area stems from his childhood spent exploring the stunning landscapes and vibrant neighborhoods. After completing his education at Haliburton High School, Joe pursued his passion for real estate by enrolling at Humber College, where he honed his knowledge and skills in the industry. Joe's formal education in real estate has provided him with the foundation he needs to excel in his career. However, his value goes beyond academic achievements.


Having grown up in the area, Joe possesses an innate understanding of the local real estate market. This local knowledge allows him to pinpoint opportunities and tailor his services to meet the unique needs of his clients. Moreover, Joe's background extends beyond just real estate. Natalya Gimon

Natalya grew up on Drag Lake in Haliburton and has had an affinity for the lakeside lifestyle ever since. Upon graduating from Haliburton Highlands Secondary School, Natalya ventured off to Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where she pursued a BSc.


In the spring of 2023, she found herself at home once again, this time joining HGG and embarking on a new professional chapter. Eager to immerse herself in the real estate world, Natalya is currently on the path to acquiring her Real Estate License. Keen to learn from seasoned professionals in the team and passionate about taking on administrative responsibilities, she hopes to lay a solid foundation for her future endeavours in the field.


Beyond the office walls, Natalya's passion for physical activity is a pillar in her life. As a former varsity volleyball player, she understands the value of teamwork and discipline. Equally as passionate about the outdoors she can often be found hiking, usually accompanied by her two dogs, or enjoying the various amenities of a lakeside lifestyle. Natalya's zest for life and commitment to both professional and personal growth make her a vibrant and dynamic presence in any setting.
